During the first day, punctuated by a visit to the ancient Capital Angkor Thom, the participants will attend an unusual class: during one hour, they will learn how to prepare the Khmer cocktails made from aromatic herbs and spices, the opportunity to discover more about the varieties which are available in Cambodia.
The following evening, the wonders of the local cuisine will be revealed to the travellers during a tasting dinner in the heart of a carefully selected restaurant: another way to travel and experience the Khmer culture.
The adventure continues the next morning: while strolling at the local market, your customers will select the fresh products which will be used to prepare the dishes for the cooking class which will follow later. After one hour, the lesson begins under the direction of a renowned chef. The course includes the preparation of several typical dishes followed by lunch on site.
The last half-day is dedicated to the discovery of the twin temples of Thommanon and Chau Say Tevoda, and later, your customers will enjoy a plethora of delicious fresh tropical fruits to cool off from the daytime heat.
