Phoenix Voyages: Mysteries and Asiatic smiles

The dancers and singers have offered a spectacular show to the 90 VIP members of a construction industry network on a stage set up in the middle of Bayon’s ruins (Angkor). In February 2015, the group had firstly stopped in two private hotels in Luang Prabang (Laos): Phou Vao Residence and Citoria Xiengthong Palace.

The meal areas were mostly specially set up for the occasion. By example, a cocktail has been organized on a sandbank of Mekong or even a lunch in the front of Kouang Sy Waterfalls. The radiant Buddhist monks and their orange togas guaranteed a Zen atmosphere before to give way to Cambodia and its treasures. Among them: The floating village of Tonle Sap, Banteay Srei, the Women Citadel in pink sandstone and a flight over the archeological site of Angkor. After a night in Park Hyatt Hotel, visitors were invited to discover Siem Reap: “An ideal city for a MICE travel: Shopping areas, bars, a full and various range of hotels and restaurants. No direct flights are available but it is very easy to fly here from Bangkok, explains Charline Sauvourel, Phoenix Voyages MICE Manager.
