Objective:Reporting directly to the Director of Production and Marketing, and mainly responsible in creating contents, preparing new programs, updating brochures of our destinations, working on some projects to develop our programs, doing some Marketing actions and support the MICE team.

Main Role

This position will be mainly responsible of the following tasks:

• Gather all the required information for the development of new activities and programs for FIT, GIT and also the MICE team.

• Develop our main destinations brochures and some special brochures if needed.

• Prepare some contents/articles for communications, website, newsletters etc.

• Work closely with the MICE team to support their requests by preparing factsheets, videos, or other content that may be needed.

• Work on some projects to develop our production, and programs for the Sales team.

• Doing inspections or escorting some groups when requested.

To be polyvalent by doing other tasks/missions that may be required from time to time (such as customer care, or any other necessary tasks).

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Native French or English speaker. Fluent in spoken and written Spanish is a plus.

• University graduate or higher education in Tourism with minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar job in a Travel agency or Hospitality industry preferred.

• Serious, good team spirit, well organized and autonomous in the tasks.

• Good computer skills (MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook).
