Es el postre nacional de Tailandia y consiste en un cremoso arroz glutinoso combinado con mangos frescos, que luego se roc\u00eda con leche de coco. Aqu\u00ed se explica c\u00f3mo prepararlo en casa (para 8 personas).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 500px; height: 500px;\" src=\"https:\/\/v006.phoenixvoyages.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/thai-mango-sticky-rice.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"14650\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredientes: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">200 gramos de arroz jazm\u00edn<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">350 ml. de agua<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">250 ml. de leche de coco sin az\u00facar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8 cucharadas de az\u00facar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bd cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 mangos *pelados y cortados en rodajas finas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 cucharada de semillas de s\u00e9samo tostadas para decorar (opcional)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Receta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Cortar los mangos en rodajas y colocarlos en la nevera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Colocar el arroz en una cacerola con agua y sal, y llevar a ebullici\u00f3n. Reduzca el fuego y cocine el arroz con la tapa puesta durante unos 20 minutos, o hasta que se haya evaporado toda el agua y el arroz est\u00e9 blando.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Retirar el cazo del fuego, remover y dejar la tapa puesta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Mientras se cuece el arroz, pon la leche de coco y el az\u00facar en un cazo a fuego medio durante unos 15 minutos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1ade lentamente la mezcla de leche de coco al arroz caliente, luego m\u00e9zclalos bien y d\u00e9jalo enfriar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6.
