Seguro que aparece en casi todos los men\u00fas del pa\u00eds. Luego, desenvu\u00e9lvalo y c\u00f3rtelo a lo largo de la veta en rebanadas de unos 6 mil\u00edmetros de grosor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2.En un bol mediano, mezclar la pera, la salsa de soja, el az\u00facar moreno, el aceite de s\u00e9samo, el ajo, el jengibre y el gochujang. Luego, en una bolsa Ziploc de 3 \u00f3 4 litros, combine la mezcla de salsa de soja y el filete.
