Asar la carne durante 6-7 minutos a fuego medio o a la llama hasta que est\u00e9 cocida a su gusto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2.  Cortar la carne en rodajas finas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>3.  Picar finamente la carne y colocarla en un bol grande.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mezclar el Larb:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>4.  A\u00f1adir el polvo de arroz tostado, las hierbas y especias, la pimienta roja seca triturada, la salsa de pescado y el zumo de lima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>5.  Mezclar la ensalada. Equilibra el sabor de lo picante, lo agrio y lo salado, y ajusta los condimentos seg\u00fan tus preferencias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>6.  Adorna con menta, cilantro y lima.
