El amok es un plato tradicional jemer que suele elaborarse con pescado. Tradicionalmente, se asemeja a un guiso de curry y suele servirse en una barca hecha con hojas de pl\u00e1tano. A continuaci\u00f3n se explica c\u00f3mo preparar amok de pescado en casa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 500px; height: 333.251953125px; display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/v006.phoenixvoyages.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/1844960610257777508910293678780126691817327o.jpgwidth500ampheight333.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Ingredientes para la pasta Amok<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 trozos de hierba lim\u00f3n picada<\/p>\n<p><span>5 g de galanga picada*.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>5 g de c\u00farcuma (fresca o en polvo)<\/p>\n<p><span>2 dientes de ajo (picados)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Ingredientes para Fish Amok<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300 g de pescado blanco como\u00a0<em>flet\u00e1n\u00a0<\/em>o\u00a0<em>bacalao\u00a0<\/em>(sin piel y cortadas en trozos peque\u00f1os de 2,5 cm)<\/p>\n<p><span>100 g de setas ostra picadas en trozos grandes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1 cucharada de aceite vegetal<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2 cucharadas de salsa de pescado<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>200 g de leche de coco<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1 cucharada de az\u00facar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1 cucharadita de sal<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2 hojas de amok \"ngor\" o utilice hojas de col rizada o espinacas como alternativa<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1 huevo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2 hojas de kaffir cortadas en rodajas finas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1 cebolla cortada en rodajas finas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2 hojas de pl\u00e1tano para servir (o papel de horno)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Receta:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Cortar el pescado en trozos del tama\u00f1o de un bocado y reservar.<\/p>\n<p>2. Limpiar y cortar las verduras en rodajas.<\/p>\n<p>3. En una sart\u00e9n grande, calentar el aceite de semillas de curry, la pasta amok y la leche de coco. Calentar a fondo y cocinar hasta que est\u00e9n fragantes.<\/p>\n<p>4. A\u00f1adir las verduras (excepto la col rizada, el pescado y el resto del condimento) y cocer durante unos 5 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>5. A\u00f1adir el pescado y cocer 5 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>6. A\u00f1adir la col rizada y el huevo<\/p>\n<p>7.
