A continuaci\u00f3n le explicamos c\u00f3mo puede preparar este famoso plato en casa (para 6 personas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/v006.phoenixvoyages.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/non-feature-burma-superstar-mohinga-breakfast-stew.jpgwidth500height333.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1;width:840px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de aceite de cocina&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd unidad de cebolla roja (cortada en dados)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 unidad grande o 2 unidades peque\u00f1as de chalotas&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de jengibre picado&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de pasta de hierba lim\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cucharada de c\u00farcuma&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de piment\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 dientes de ajo (picados)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tazas de jugo de almeja&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 tazas de caldo de verduras&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cucharadas de az\u00facar moreno&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 g de pescado (filete de tilapia o siluro)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 cucharadas de salsa de pescado&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 piezas de huevos duros (cortados por la mitad)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fideos de arroz&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instrucciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. En una olla grande, calentar el aceite a fuego medio. Cocinar las cebollas y las chalotas hasta que est\u00e9n blandas y transl\u00facidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. A\u00f1adir el jengibre, la hierba lim\u00f3n, la c\u00farcuma y el piment\u00f3n. Remover y cocinar durante 1 minuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. A\u00f1adir el ajo, remover y cocinar durante 1 minuto m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. A\u00f1adir el jugo de almeja, el caldo y el az\u00facar moreno. Remover y llevar a fuego lento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Mientras la sopa hierve a fuego lento, preparar los huevos cocidos y cocer los fideos seg\u00fan las instrucciones del paquete. Una vez cocidos los fideos, sum\u00e9rjalos en agua fr\u00eda y d\u00e9jelos ah\u00ed hasta que est\u00e9n listos para servir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. A\u00f1adir el pescado y cocerlo durante unos 3-5 minutos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. A\u00f1adir la salsa de pescado al final y remover suavemente. 8.
