Dessert national de la Tha\u00eflande, il se compose de riz gluant cr\u00e9meux associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des mangues fra\u00eeches, puis arros\u00e9 de lait de coco. Voici comment le pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la maison (pour 8 personnes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 500px; height: 500px;\" src=\"https:\/\/v006.phoenixvoyages.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/thai-mango-sticky-rice.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"14650\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">200 grammes de riz au jasmin<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">350 ml. d'eau<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">250 ml. de lait de coco non sucr\u00e9<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 mangues *pel\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en fines tranches<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9es pour d\u00e9corer (facultatif)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Recette:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Coupez les mangues en tranches et placez-les au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Placez le riz dans une casserole avec de l'eau et du sel, puis portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. R\u00e9duisez le feu et faites cuire le riz en laissant le couvercle pendant environ 20 minutes, ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce que toute l'eau se soit \u00e9vapor\u00e9e et que le riz soit tendre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Retirez la casserole du feu, puis remuez et laissez le couvercle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Pendant que le riz cuit, placez le lait de coco et le sucre dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen pendant environ 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Enfin, ajoutez lentement le m\u00e9lange de lait de coco au riz chaud, puis m\u00e9langez-les soigneusement et laissez refroidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6.
