Commencez par m\u00e9langer dans un bol le riz refroidi, les \u0153ufs, la sauce soja, la p\u00e2te de curry, le sel, le sucre, le porc hach\u00e9 cuit et la noix de coco. En vous assurant que tout est bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9, formez des boules de petite taille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>2. Ensuite, faites chauffer l'huile et laissez-la monter \u00e0 environ 350 degr\u00e9s. Ajoutez une boule \u00e0 la fois, et faites-les cuire jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient compl\u00e8tement dor\u00e9es. Ensuite, retirez chaque boule et laissez-la reposer sur une assiette recouverte de papier pour \u00e9vacuer l'exc\u00e8s d'huile. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez le processus avec le reste des boules.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>3. Pr\u00e9parez le reste des ingr\u00e9dients dans un saladier.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>4. Prenez les boules de riz croustillantes, s\u00e9parez-les en petits morceaux et ajoutez-les dans le saladier.
