En effet, c\u2019est un des plats les plus populaires de la cuisine tha\u00eflandaise. En voici la recette (pour 4 personnes).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 500px; height: 332.51953125px;\" src=\"https:\/\/v006.phoenixvoyages.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/thai-panang-curry-recipe-3217463-11preview-5af9d0821d64040036360d96.jpgwidth500ampheight332.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">400 grammes de poulet<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te de curry rouge<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce de poisson<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>1 bo\u00eete de lait de coco<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre de palme<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>6 feuilles de citron vert kaffir<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d'ail tha\u00eflandais (hach\u00e9)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>10-15 feuilles de basilic doux tha\u00eflandais<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>200 grammes de petites aubergines<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>2 gros piments rouges tha\u00eflandais (coup\u00e9s en tranches pour la garniture)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>Recette:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>1. Coupez le poulet en petits morceaux (environ 1 pouce). D\u00e9chiquetez les feuilles de kaffir et de basilic, en vous assurant que pour les feuilles de basilic cela soit fait assez finement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>2. Faites chauffer la moiti\u00e9 du lait de coco dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 wok jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'huile apparaisse \u00e0 la surface. Ensuite, ajoutez la p\u00e2te de curry et remuez continuellement jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'huile rouge se s\u00e9pare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>3. Ajoutez le poulet et faites-le cuire pendant environ cinq minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il soit cuit. Ensuite, ajoutez les autres ingr\u00e9dients (\u00e0 part les feuilles de kaffir et les feuilles de basilic) et remuez bien. Laissez mijoter pendant environ quinze minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>4. Ajoutez les feuilles de kaffir et les feuilles de basilic r\u00e2p\u00e9es. Ensuite, faites sauter le tout \u00e0 la po\u00eale pendant quelques minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>5. Garnissez avec des piments rouges coup\u00e9s en tranches.
