Soupe de poisson l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9e servie sur des nouilles de riz, le Mohinga constitue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de la cuisine birmane. Voici comment pr\u00e9parer ce plat renomm\u00e9 \u00e0 la maison (pour 6 personnes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/v006.phoenixvoyages.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/non-feature-burma-superstar-mohinga-breakfast-stew.jpgwidth500height333.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1;width:840px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'huile de cuisson&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd oignon rouge (coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 grosse \u00e9chalote ou 2 petites \u00e9chalotes&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de gingembre \u00e9minc\u00e9&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te de citronnelle&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de curcuma&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de paprika&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 gousses d'ail (\u00e9minc\u00e9es)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tasses de jus de palourdes&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 tasses de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre brun&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500g de poisson (filet de tilapia ou poisson-chat)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce de poisson&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 \u0153ufs durs (coup\u00e9s en deux)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nouilles de riz&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Dans une grande marmite, faites chauffer l'huile \u00e0 feu moyen. Faites cuire les oignons et les \u00e9chalotes jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient tendres et translucides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Ajoutez le gingembre, la citronnelle, le curcuma et le paprika. Remuez et faites cuire le tout pendant 1 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Ajoutez l'ail, remuez et faites cuire le tout pendant 1 minute suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Ajoutez le jus de palourdes, le bouillon et la cassonade. Remuez et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Pendant que la soupe mijote, pr\u00e9parez les \u0153ufs durs et faites cuire les nouilles en suivant les instructions du paquet. Apr\u00e8s la cuisson des nouilles, plongez-les dans l'eau froide et laissez-les jusqu'au moment de servir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Ajoutez le poisson et faites-le cuire pendant environ 3 \u00e0 5 minutes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Ajoutez la sauce de poisson \u00e0 la fin, puis remuez doucement.
