Stage 1: Before Traveling to Singapore
Obtain a proof of vaccination
Travelers must obtain any of the acceptable proof of vaccination.

Check Travel/Transit History & Secure Tickets for a VTL Flight
All VTL travelers must:
- Have only travelled to/transited via any VTL (Air) countries/regions in the last 7 consecutive days before departure for Singapore.
- Arrive in Singapore on a designated VTL flight.

Obtain COVID-19 Insurance
Purchase travel insurance with a minimum coverage of S$30,000 against COVID-19 related medical charges.
Take Pre-departure COVID-19 Test (PDT)
All travelers, except the groups listed below, must take a Pre-Departure Test (PDT) within 2 days before departure for Singapore:
✓ Aged two or below in this calendar year (i.e. born in or after 2020).
✓ Recently recovered from COVID-19 and are eligible for pre-departure test waiver and can show relevant proof of recovery.
PDT can include a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction test (PCR test) at an internationally accredited or recognized medical facility, or Antigen Rapid Test (ART) administered by a trained professional.
The PDT result must fulfill the following:
✓ Is in English (or accompanied with an English translation)
✓ Contains the traveler’s name, and Date of Birth or Passport number
✓ Reflects the date and result of the COVID-19 test
Submit Health Declaration
If you are fit for travel, submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) health and travel history declaration up to 3 days before arriving in Singapore.

Contact Tracing Application
VTL (Air) travelers must download the TraceTogether application on their mobile phone and register their profile for contact tracing.
Stage 2: Departure for Singapore
Pre-boarding document checks
When checking in at the departure airport, travelers must present all the documents listed below:
✓ Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) for the specified period of entry
✓ Valid pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test or Antigen Rapid Test (ART) for entry into Singapore showing a negative test result or Proof of Recovery
✓ Proof of vaccination
Stage 3: Arrival in Singapore
Clear Arrival Immigration
As part of immigration clearance, travelers must present the same set of documentation listed in Stage 2.
Stage 4: Health Protocol during Stay in Singapore
Commuting Arrangements
All commutes made before the traveler is tested negative for COVID-19 on their post-arrival 24-hour Antigen Rapid Test should only be using private transport, taxis, or private-hire cars.
Post-arrival Antigen Rapid Test
Travelers they must take a supervised self-administered Antigen Rapid Test (ART) at a Quick Test Centre (QTC) or Combined Test Centre (CTC) within 24 hours of arrival in Singapore.
Upon completion of the ART, travelers will receive their result via SMS.
* The tests are not applicable to children aged two and below in this calendar year (i.e. born in or after 2020)
