Thai cuisine: from diversity to harmony
Finding the perfect balance. This is the guiding principle of Thai culinary philosophy. We offer a sensory journey that includes gourmet meals, more rustic dishes and cooking classes, to delight both the eyes and the taste buds! Discover the country’s culture by sampling delicious typical dishes such as Pad Thai (fried rice noodles) or the famous dessert made with glutinous rice, mango and coconut milk.
A delicious blend of Asian flavours
Although little known in the rest of the world, Laotian cuisine is rich and influenced by several cultures. Despite this, it has built up a unique identity with spicy flavours, which we’ll be showcasing in our culinary escapade, through various dishes typical of the country, such as Lap (a salad with thin slices of chicken, fish or pork), or khao lam (a dessert of glutinous rice and sweet coconut milk served in a bamboo tube).
Korean cuisine and its miracle ingredient
Driven by territorial and cultural factors, Korean cuisine developed around the need to preserve food during the harsh winters and hot summers. During our culinary escapades, we discover a key ingredient, gochugaru, a type of chilli pepper that is used in a majority of dishes, as well as the fermentation process. We’ll explore a veritable ‘culture of the table’ and immerse ourselves in what is now considered one of the country’s main soft power tools.
Between tradition and modernity, the challenges of Khmer cuisine

During our culinary escapade, you’ll discover new flavours and modernised traditional dishes at the heart of local know-how. Sample a wide range of dishes, from the famous beef lok lak (stir-fried beef in pepper sauce) to fish amok (steamed curry).
