Job Offer : Operations & Reservations Executive (BANGKOK Office)

At Phoenix Voyages Thailand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Operation & Reservation Executive, to join our dynamic team in Bangkok office. As an Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in our reservations and customer service operations. This is a full-time position offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and development within our rapidly expanding Destination Management Company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservation Management:
    • Process reservations and bookings of hotels, restaurants, activities, transportation and guides.
    • Handle cancellations and modifications to existing reservations. 
    • Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information. 
    • Follow up on our sales team inquiries and provide timely information. 
  • Travel Operations Coordination:
    • Arrange travel details like hotel bookings, transportation, and activities 
    • Liaise with suppliers (hotels, transportation providers, etc.) to negotiate rates and conditions. 
    • Assign our best tour guides and prepare the job orders
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints. 
    • Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor. 
  • Other Duties:
    • Handle our marketing items and follow up the inventory
    • Help the Supervisor and Country Manager in contracting tasks with hotels and suppliers

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer Service: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are crucial. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in reservation software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of travel industry operations, guest service standards, and relevant regulations. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements. 
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands. 
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism, or a related field preferred. 
  • Experience: Previous experience in reservations, front desk operations, or customer service in the travel industry is desirable. 
  • Fluent in English ( a 3rd language is a plus )
